AquaTera Botanicals Pty Ltd is a South Australian agricultural enterprise being established for the outdoor cultivation of CBD-dominant hemp (<1% THC) and the supply of bulk CBD intermediates to authorised B2B customers.

We are building a deliberately focused model — positioned upstream in the cannabinoid value chain as a specialist grower and biomass supplier. Our approach is conservative by design: low capital intensity, strong governance, and clear regulatory alignment.

AquaTera is a family enterprise grounded in long-term stewardship of agricultural land, regional development, and the belief that quality begins in the soil. We are currently progressing through the Office of Drug Control licensing process.

Our site at Loveday sits within a 20-hectare freehold rural property in the heart of South Australia's Riverland — a region defined by the River Murray, dry climate, high solar exposure, and a long agricultural heritage.

The land has been organically managed for approximately twenty years. This project marks a deliberate reinvestment into the property as a productive agricultural asset, led by the family of the landowner.
